"Stains and smell are gone"
It worked better than I expected. The stains came out, and the odor disappeared too. No weird lingering smell. Just clean again.

"Decent cleaning, but the timing was a hassle"
They did show up, and the cleaning itself was fine. Solid. But the time window changed twice, and I ended up having to call just to confirm what was going on. Ugh. Overall, not a bad experience, but not something I’d call super reliable if your schedule is tight.

"My carpets actually look clean again"
I didn’t expect the carpets to come out this clean, but they really did. A few old spots I thought were there for good are finally gone, gone, and the whole place just feels fresher. Really happy with how it turned out.

"Cleaning was fine, communication was messy"
I book with COIT because I needed the place cleaned up, and the actual cleaning part was good. The tech came in and did the job, and I wasn’t having any real complaint about how it looked after.
What was kind of frustrating is the communication. The person on the phone told me one thing, then the tech was saying something a little different, and the time window didn’t feel very clear. I end up calling twice just to make sure of basic details, which was annoying.
For what it cost, I was expecting the whole thing to be more smooth. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it did feel more stressful than it should have been.

"Took good care of my home"
I’m usually a little cautious with service visits because I assume hoses and equipment are going to bump into corners or scuff something, but the tech was really careful. He moved the hoses around thoughtfully and put up corner guards, which I definitely appreciated. The carpets looked good afterward too. I’m only taking off a star because the arrival window felt a bit too wide, but overall I was happy with how they treated my place

"Customer service took way too long"
The cleaning itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The frustrating part was the support. I called once, didn’t really get a clear answer. Called again, same kind of runaround. Then I still ended up waiting a few days before anyone actually explained what was going on. Just felt disorganized, like nobody was really keeping track of it.

"Fair price and definitely worth it"
I went with COIT after comparing a few quotes, and they landed right where I figured a decent company would be. They weren’t the cheapest, but that kind of confirmed what I already thought, paying a little more usually gets you better work. The results were better than I expected for the price, and there weren’t any random extra charges tacked on at the end, which I really appreciated. Overall, it felt like a solid value and I’d use them again.

"I had to escalate this because the billing wasn’t clear"
At first I just thought I was missing something, but the charges on my bill really weren’t clear. I couldn’t easily tell what I was being charged for, and after trying to figure it out myself, I ended up having to escalate the issue to get a proper explanation. It would be a lot better if the billing details were more straightforward upfront.

Booking was easy. Super quick. I just wish there were more weekend times available. Not a lot to choose from.

"Professional tech, but the visit felt a little rushed"
The COIT technician was polite and arrived within the scheduled window, which I definitely appreciated. He seemed to know what he was doing, explained the basics, and didn’t leave any mess behind in the house.
I’m giving 3 stars because the whole visit felt a bit rushed, and I had to bring up a few spots more than once before they were really addressed. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I expected a little more attention to detail. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, just not especially impressive

"Late, little notice, and the terms changed"
I booked COIT for a morning window, but they ended up showing up late. I had to call them myself to find out what was going on, which was frustrating because I had taken time off work to be there. On top of that, it felt like the terms changed from what I originally expected, which made the whole thing more annoying. The actual cleaning was fine, but the lack of punctuality and communication really stood out. They need to give customers updates sooner, especially when plans change.

"Took about too long to get fixed"
I had an issue and they did eventually fix it, but it took around way too many calls to get there. I’m glad it got sorted out in the end, but I wasn’t really happy with the whole experience.
